Who am I?
Maybe I was born with it.
I’m a Christian, wife, mother, and retired Navy Master at Arms. I’ve traveled the world, (often times with my family of four), and I’ve held a variety of jobs in my twenty years in the Navy. I’ve been a locksmith, welder, plumber, general mechanic, secretary, librarian and military police. But, I’ve always noticed errors in the printed word. I’ve corrected my teachers, and been bothered by typos in billboards, powerpoint presentations, newspapers, and of course books. After I retired, I went back to school and got my Bachelors of Science in Christian Religion from Liberty University. At the same time my love for reading resurfaced. I started connecting with authors via Facebook and sharing the errors I noticed. And after five years, a handful started paying me. I realized this is a job I could love to work at! I feel blessed to have this opportunity to love my work! When you love what you do, you make everything better.
